Knights Wolves Assassins (KWA) is a neutral and non-aggressive gaming organization committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all members. We do not engage in or endorse any form of hostility, threats, or aggressive behavior toward other gaming communities or entities.

KWA maintains a clear stance of neutrality across all gaming platforms and relevant social media channels. Our focus is on collaboration, respect, and community-building—ensuring that every member feels supported and empowered within a welcoming space.

Knights Wolves Assassins (KWA) is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment across all gaming platforms and community spaces. We uphold a zero-tolerance stance toward any form of harassment, intimidation, or discrimination—whether verbal, physical, or digital.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Threatening or aggressive behavior toward individuals or groups

• Derogatory or offensive language based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or ability

• Unwanted advances or persistent disruptive conduct

• Bullying, sabotage, or public shaming

All members of KWA—players, moderators, and affiliates—are expected to uphold these standards. Violations will be addressed promptly and may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the community.

We encourage open communication and provide clear channels for reporting misconduct. Reports will be handled confidentially and investigated with integrity and impartiality.

KWA’s mission is to foster a safe, welcoming, and neutral space for all gamers. By standing firmly against harassment, we protect not only our members but the values that define our community

Conflict of interest means when the objective of your duties in KWA is affected by your personal interests and thus hinders your ability to be impartial. Such conflicts of interest arise when a member is

• Involved in a sexual or romantic relationship with another KWA member 

• Lives with another member

• Friends with another member in real life

• Family with another member

• Whom she or he directly supervises, teaches, or evaluates

All instances of a Conflict of Interest should be reported to the highest leader of the division and everything will be done to ensure that both members will still be able to have their desired future in this community. These relationships are not discouraged but for the safety and well-being of the community and the participants, it must be disclosed and addressed prior to any issues arising
