WELCOME! KWA is very proud of the group of people who just like you have chosen us as their Gaming community. We sincerely value our team and the high-quality support they provide to the World of gaming. The Knights Wolves Assassins is a Gaming community that looks to improve and shape the world of gaming, remove toxicity and promote positivity while at the same time providing opportunities to those that would never have normally had them. KWA provides a complete package of Family atmosphere to competitive gaming to all. KWA is dedicated to supporting Employees and gamers as they provide the highest quality gaming experience possible. Our vision is to be the leading world class company in the Gaming community. We have great respect for you and your fellow team members. We encourage you to offer ideas for improving the company and to pursue opportunities for advancement and personal growth. I encourage you to offer your suggestions, comments or concerns to your Management Team. KWA has worked hard to attract and to retain people like you, who take pride in supporting the Positive movement in gaming. This handbook was developed to describe some of our expectations of you and to outline the policies, programs and benefits available. You should familiarize yourself with the contents of this handbook. It will answer many questions about your Membership & Employment; however, it is impossible to cover everything. It is designed to acquaint you with KWA and provide you with information about working conditions,member benefits and policies. Please ask questions regarding any policy or practice you do not fully understand. We strive to maintain an open-door communication policy where you are free to discuss issues concerning as a KWA member. We at the KWA are a growing company and in order to continue growing successfully, we depend upon your commitment to KWA. I sincerely hope your experience here will be challenging, enjoyable and rewarding. We at the Knights Wolves Assassins strive to for excellence. Again, welcome to KWA.

- **Cheating will not be tolerated and you will be immediately banned from all future tournaments**

- NO racism, sexism, or hate speech of any kind. *YOU WILL BE BANNED.*

- Don’t spam or be an annoyance

- Board & Council of  leadership can remove you from the server/community if they see fit.

Enjoy your time, and connect with other members of the community! We have competitions for all different skill levels, from the weekend gamer to the daily grinder.

**PLEASE CONSIDER THE UPDATED RULES:

• **No NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material!**

We play games that are played by users of all ages. We also trust our Council leaders in and out of game. Heed *first warnings* very carefully as we’re here to build and grow a positive community for the long-term.

• **No harassment or spamming (including any slang terms directed towards individuals, emotes and reactions).** Please use common sense! . Our Board of Leadership will be monitoring behavior and will relay disruptive behavior to our Council team.

• Keep any political and or religious arguments to an **extreme minimum** or move the discussion to DMs! Remember to be mindful of other members’ personal beliefs! 

• Most of all, **be nice and respectful to each other** and have fun!

Our Board of leadership or Council of leadership have been instructed to enforce the following member Warning/Banning procedures:

• Any member receiving three (3) warnings will be removed from clan.

• Warnings will be removed every 3 weeks based on behavioral assessment of member in question by The Board of Leadership (The  Community Leaders will keep historical record of any warnings or incident reports)

• Any *Final Warning* scenarios with members will receive a Ban decision based on an interview with the Council of Leadership.

Your KWA clan tag must be worn and represented at ALL times, on ALL platforms, and ALL games. There is no exception to this rule! Unless you are a streamer & you get paid for your stream. As long as you can promote KWA you can have a different tag for that platform your streaming on. 

If you are part of another group and you are caught wearing that group leaders clan tag, you will be removed from KWA!
